Neuneneu Humanity is a collection of Brazilian Amazon songs collected by Marlui Miranda, who is recognized as the most knowledgeable performer of Brazilian Amazon music along with multi-instrumentalist and kora player Ravi.
It unveils a delicate character behind each song, like a walk through the greenness of the rainforest, the eyes of animals shining red, green, in the night, by the lagoons. The smell of beiju, a manioc pancake, while it is prepared by women in the afternoon whilst storytelling to children.
